As a business we emerged from the Melbourne Lock-downs stronger than ever opening two more locations in Sydney and are continuing to expand. Offered Salary and Compensation:

Annual salary: AUS $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience and performance). Additional production bonuses.

Location: 152-154 Longueville Road Lane Cove, Sydney.

Your Goal as Salon Manager:

Ensure a wonderful experience for our clients including customer service & quality of results.

Foster a productive, happy team environment focused on staff being proud of their work.

Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 3-8 beauticians

Drive production to meet targets

Maintain services quality & hygiene standards

Participate in management meetings

Manage roster & leave

Cleaning

Local area marketing & public relations

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in brows with expertise in threading and/or waxing.

Previous successful management experience with visible KPI improvement

Proficiency in written & spoken English

Basic IT skills

Bonus Qualifications

Infection Control Certificate (HLTINF001) and First Aid Certificate required.
