We are proud and excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new Italian restaurant on the Central Coast, La Gioia. Our mission is to transport customers straight to the streets of Tuscany, Italy, serving traditional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist and delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. With that being said, we are looking for a fully equipped team to join us in delivering exceptional food and quality service.

Job Responsibilities:

As an apprentice chef, your role will involve:

Assisting the Head Chef during service and in food preparation

Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner

Have a passion for their trade and take pride in everything they do

Required Qualifications:

You will have already commenced your apprenticeship and looking for a new challenge or are interested in commencing a Chef Apprenticeship

Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

Reliable transportation

Work Hours:

Our opening hours will be Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm onwards each day.
