ABOUT
Dr. Feelgood's Distributing is a subsidiary of Dr. Feelgood Botanicals - a chain of retail stores on the Mississippi Gulf Coast focused on selling Farm Bill 2018 legal hemp products. We have been successfully growing our brand since 2018. Due to the high demand for legal hemp products in general & specialty retail stores, we launched our distributing arm to help these retailers with supply, merchandising, and marketing. Our customer base is an endless supply of convenience stores, tobacco, smoke and vape shops, locally owned grocery stores, and CBD stores nationwide.
HOW WE PAY
This is a commission only position and for the right self-starter, the sky is the limit! Commission is a sliding scale based on monthly performance ranging from 10% to 20%. The average sale is $1500 for one store for one month. With a little nurturing, most stores reorder once every 1-2 months.
If you have $1500 in sales/month, that's 10% commission - $150 (avg. 1 store/1 sale)
If you have $3000 in sales/month, that's 15% commission - $450 (avg. 2 stores/2 sales)
If you have $5000 in sales/month, that's 18% commission - $900 (avg. 3 stores/3 sales)
If you have $10000+ in sales/month, that's 20% commission = $2000 (avg. 6 stores/6 sales)
This is a "kushy" job (pun intended) with products that sell themself. Once you have 20 stores that are ordering $1500/month in product, you're making more than $70K a year. So the question is, do you have what it take to make 20 sales and nurture 20 customers?
