MUST BE BI-LANGUAL (FLUENT IN JAPANESE)

May include:

Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic guidance and consultancy to senior executives on CRM and ERP implementation best practices, solution architecture, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key executive stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and proposing tailored CRM and ERP solutions to address their needs effectively.

Project Planning and Execution: Advise on the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful CRM and ERP implementations.

Team Leadership: Provide thought leadership and advisory direction to cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to understand design and configurations on CRM and ERP solutions, leveraging industry best practices and customizations to meet requirements.

Change Management: Consult and participate in change management strategies to support the adoption of CRM and ERP systems, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Consult on quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM and ERP solutions, ensuring regular reviews and performance evaluations.

Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM and ERP implementation methodologies, tools, and processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and satisfaction.

Knowledge Sharing: Share industry insights, trends, and best practices with internal teams and fostering a culture of learning and innovation in CRM and ERP implementation

Is recognized as a subject matter expert in job area

Manages large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager

Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals

Problems faced are difficult and often complex

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of CRM and ERP concepts, methodologies, and technologies, with expertise in solution design, configuration, and customization.

Excellent leadership and bi-lingual (English & Japanese) communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated track record of successfully advising and/or leading complex CRM and ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives related to CRM and ERP implementations.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business value.

Extensive use of Microsoft Project, including creating and maintaining a project schedule, identifying successor and predecessor project tasks, establishing schedule baselines, call out items of attention (date pushes due to scope change or increase in duration)

Proven skills and abilities in managing enterprise level IT projects end to end

Knowledge of business processes, applications, and workflows

High level of attention to detail and data accuracy

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience implementing new processes and procedures

Ability to communicate effectively with the project team, business partners, and vendors

High levels of multi-tasking are required, and quick adaptability to change

Project Focus: understands, anticipates, and meets business and project needs

Ability to deliver on commitments consistently, take initiative, responsibility and be accountable

Ability to apply good judgment, decision-making skills, strong work ethics, and integrity on the job

Ability to manage through influence and leveraging of partnerships

Ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical

Technical knowledge in IT server and network infrastructure

Experience:

Proven experience (8+ years) in project management, and implementation of CRM or ERP systems, preferably Salesforce or SAP

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Certifications in CRM and ERP platforms
