Plastic Mold Injection Operator / Lead

Job Description

Fabtronic Inc. is seeking an experienced Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead to join our team. As a Plastic Mold Injection Operator/Lead, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and leading a team of operators to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities

Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications

Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed

Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Lead a team of operators, providing guidance and support

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plastic mold injection operator

Experience with operating and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines

Knowledge of mold setup and changeover procedures

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay based on experience, work 4 day work weeks, health insurance. Usually 3 day weekends unless our work load is heavy
