BCPS has five clinics around North Carolina and 30 BCBAs working together, learning from each other, sharing experiences, developing treatment plans for kiddos with autism, supervising BTs and celebrating the victories in therapy. Our BCBAs are the backbone of BCPS, driving therapy forward, Whenever, Whatever, Wherever it Takes. And there is a reason that the average tenure of our BCBA’s is over 5 years…they get a level of support and teamwork they don’t get anywhere else.

Our team includes:

- 30 other BCBA peers with whom to learn, laugh, question and grow

- 16 clinical support staff offering behavioral support on client’s programs

- School support with dedicated, knowledgeable expertise in IEPs and state regulations and requirements to help consult on ABA programs in schools

- Our Chief Clinical Officer developing Organizational Behavior Management programs for staff reinforcement systems and behavior reinforcement for the team

- Our Director of Clinical Technology to help with Central Reach issues and tech support

The ideal BCBA candidate will be able to develop client’s treatment plans, as well as supervise Behavior Technicians to implement such plans. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role.

Requirements:

- Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB)

- Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB)
