As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department.

Pay: Up to $25 hr + bonus. Job Description

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the property, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the building remains in optimal condition.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Minimum of two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications are preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
