Job Description

Join our logistics team as a Forklift Operator in central Phoenix! This vital role is perfect for those experienced in operating a forklift and who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. As a forklift operator, you'll play a key role in our outbound verification process, ensuring the safe, efficient loading and unloading of materials, and maintaining order within our facility.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage of $20.50.

Full-time position with potential for extension.

Mandatory OT at the end of each month.

Responsibilities:

Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

Utilize picking, packing, scanning, kitting, or counting techniques to manage products.

Maintain a clean environment at all times following the 7S program.

Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members in all tasks.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with using handheld scanners and adhering to warehouse safety protocols.

Positive attitude and strong team collaboration to meet goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.

1 year of warehouse experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage objects of various sizes and weights.

Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing physical activities like bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.

Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures..Company Description
