We’re looking for talented Junior Management Consultants to join our People & Transformation department as of September 2024.

Your impact

Working hands-on on challenging client projects where people are at the center.

Discovering a wide variety of people topics, including:

Designing and managing organisational changes.

Assisting clients in broader HR and cultural transformations.

Advising clients on their people-related ESG strategy, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.

Helping clients to select and develop their leaders through assessments and development centers.

Helping clients leading change and achieving their desired business outcomes through their most valuable assets: their people.

Establishing effective working relationships with clients.

Examining the business needs of different clients and translating them into the right solutions to give the best advice.

Analysing results on individual, team and organisational level .

Producing high quality reports for clients based on data-driven analysis.

Being actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.

Proactively developing yourself while having what you need at hand to grow into the people side of the business.

About you

Any relevant field linking people to business such as business engineering, commercial engineering, business administration, applied economics, (organisational) psychology, communication.

Maximum 2 years of work experience, or now completing your final year of studies.

Lots of creativity.

Able to adapt to your audience easily.

Proactive, client-oriented mindset.

Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools.

Ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

Excellent communication skills.

Eager to learn.

Fluent in English, Dutch and French
