Systems Engineering Advisor

Responsibilities

Interact across the sponsor organization and industry.

Translate sponsor requirements into technical specifications.

Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations.

Identify and evaluate relevant technologies to meet sponsor requirements.

Track and document technical exchange meetings (TEMs).

Support documentation review and coordination.

Support programmatic workflows.

Support program portfolio planning.

Requirements tracking.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related technical field; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

8+ years of experience as a systems engineer, system integrator or similar role with sponsor.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation.

Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

Desired Qualifications:

Prior Experience with the sponsor, specifically OCONUS.

Prior experience supporting Senior Level management.

Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals.

Cable writing experience.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
