Start Date: ASAP

Coverage Needs: Full-Time: 4-5 days/wk; 4 weeks/month

On Call 1 Week per Month - Evenings and Weekend

M-F 8a-430p

Patient Mix: 100% adult, 0% Peds 60% Oncology and 40% Hematology

Inpatient and Outpatient

EMR: Aria (Varian Product)

Workload Expectations: 15 Patients/Day

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Active PA License and Licensure

DEA Required: Yes

Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible
