Part-time/Full Time

Greet customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the appropriate staff member.

Answer incoming calls, transfer callers to appropriate personnel, take messages and use the paging system.

Perform general administrative duties, such as logging dealer plates, gas card transactions, new vehicle pre-stocking, taking care of the coffee area and other basic duties as assigned.

As with all positions within the dealership, the receptionist is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, be polite, professional in manner and have excellent communication skills.
