HEALTH COACH SUPPORT LETTER WRITER

Job Description

Delta Health Coaching is a superior Health Coaching provider. Customers start Health Coaching through online courses, after which they will have the opportunity to work with a Personal Health Coach. Our Health Coach Support Letter Writer team’s goal is to provide personalized correspondence from the customers' Personal Health Coach.

What You Will Do:

Commit customers to taking action and improving their health

Provide customers with a physical copy of their Health Coaching goals

Help customers through the written word, via handwritten letters

Properly track and document customer accounts

Meet with your team and manager regularly to strategize and improve

Work in office through the training process

Once production is obtained, remote work will be considered

Participate in ongoing training opportunities

Pay: $8.00 per hour, with 0.25 cents per letter.

Averaging 900 letters per month with the expectation to increase the amount of letters in the near future.

Schedule: Between Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
