Assistant Property Manager - Full Time

Job Description

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position covering our locations in East Wenatchee, WA and Chelan, WA.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Storage locations in Chelan and East Wenatchee, WA.

Responsibilities:

Handling day to day operations of the facility.

Providing excellent customer service experience.

Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Performing daily site checks.

Assisting customers seeking storage units.

Collecting and processing payments.

Contacting delinquent occupants.

Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.

Property inspections.

Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.

Requirements:

Employee must possess a valid DL and be willing to travel between Chelan, WA and East Wenatchee, WA up to 5 days a week (Mileage will be reimbursed at the federal minimum rate)

Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.

Light cleaning and maintenance experience.

Ability to work independently.

Self-Storage experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $17.00 - $19 per hour
