As an MR Execution Agent at Maersk, your primary responsibility is to execute and coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to the customer's premises, ensuring that deliveries are made on time, in full, and in good condition. You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the delivery process run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with Maersk's standards and policies.

Contract Type: 1-year renewable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily dispatch and logistics execution by ensuring smooth operation / service delivery of client needs by keeping a close track on the service providers and ensuring On Time in Full Delivery (OTIF).

Ensure local supply chain procedures are in line with global SOP.

Maintain daily operation communication with internal and external customers, including freight order validation, acceptance, and execution.

Review weekly and monthly client schedules and demand forecasts to estimate peak and delivery timings.

Manage the performance of the distribution and transport service providers to achieve best in class levels of on time in full delivery while ensuring quality standards are met.

Regular and timely system updates.

Exception Management with decisive corrective progress actions, while proactively managing any changes and contingencies.

Coordinate and collaborate with customer facing agents to quickly respond to planning amendment, equipment breakdowns or other arising issues.

Proactively coordinate with vendor management team to ensure we have loading capacity to support loading plans.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills

Business acumen and ability to drive and deliver results

Solution-oriented approach with a focus on building value-based relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Fluency in English, French, and local languages (mainly Arabic)
