Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls. Your primary objective will be to secure appointments for our client’s consultants by effectively communicating services and benefits to potential customers.

Here’s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Mid Shift (Mon - Fri 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM)

Work Setup: Hybrid [Scheduled regular in-office day/s for training and collaboration: 1-2 weeks for training, then every two weeks (Tue or Thu) after training]

What do you need to succeed?

Excellent communication skills in German, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner, are a must.

Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in financial services or a related industry, is a plus but not required.

Strong ability to follow a provided script while adapting to the conversation flow.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.

Experience using CRM software or similar systems for maintaining client information and scheduling appointments.

Make outbound calls to individuals from a provided call list to introduce Compivent's services.

Use the provided script to guide conversations and effectively communicate the benefits of state subsidies and grants available to qualifying individuals.

Identify potential clients by conducting a needs analysis and determining eligibility based on predefined criteria.

Schedule appointments for our consultants with interested and eligible prospects.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and appointments using our designated systems.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and handover of qualified leads.
