Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues by reviewing firewall logs and performing advanced network troubleshooting.
Configuring new network equipment per ITEGRIA documentation and client specifications – Firewall/Router/Switch/Access Points
Create and build out Amazon workspaces for new users or existing users whose Workspace may need a rebuild
Troubleshooting Amazon Workspace issues while utilizing CloudWatch and other AWS services to determine cause
Familiar with Cisco Umbrella (Open DNS) – Able to add exceptions, configure, and administer Open DNS policies
Familiar with MSP360 – Will assist with creating backup sets, restoring files, troubleshooting backup errors, etc.
Advanced troubleshooting of Office 365 services such as email delivery, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, Spam Settings, etc.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Group Policy, and Windows Server OS troubleshooting
Ability to properly create firewall rules and policies per application/service requirements and client needs
Troubleshoot and Fix user issues and maintain the availability of VDI services.
Assess virtual machine and VDI risks and perform contingency planning
Establish and maintain service levels, monitor vSphere and Horizon View infrastructure, and manage vSphere alarms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VM availability etc.
Maintaining VDI golden images, installing client applications.
Perform day-to-day VDI administration tasks including maintenance hotfixes, patches, upgrades and security configurations
Resolving all Service Requests and Incidents in a timely manner
Support & mentor level 2 and Level1 engineers
Skills & Experience:
Graduate (BCA, MCA, Bachelors on Computer )
In-depth knowledge of Virtual Desktop infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security.
Mandatory Certification : ITIL V4 Foundation, MCSE, AWS CCP & CCNA, VMWare certification
Firewall and security skills.
Networking design skills.
Programming Language (Powershell).
Cloud Computing skills.
Networking skills.
Basic knowledge of operating systems.
Good communication skills
