Salary: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year + performance bonus opportunity

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10+ years and we practice in 38 skilled nursing facilities employing 30+ Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Although our business is relatively new, we have a unique business model and our market is continuing to expand.
