Cell Phone Material Processors (Day, Night & Weekend Shift)

Job Description

Job Purpose: This job is responsible for the disassembly, assembly and testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures, in a fast-paced production environment where you will perform a variety of repetitive to non-repetitive production operations

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct root case failure analysis and troubleshooting on suspected defective devices

Disassemble and assemble devices using hand tools and/or electrical tools.

Cosmetically visually inspect devise against pre-determined standards.

Test, repair and program devices

Perform radio frequency (RF) testing of devices using standardized test equipment and procedures

Work with care and urgency in order to meet production goals

Refer to and follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform the job duties

Use a computer to enter data into the company database

Physically move material as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledgeable in analog, digital and RF disciplines

High School diploma or GED required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to use a personal computer and enter data

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel

Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds

Must be able to work overtime and on Saturdays as needed

Preferred Experience:

One year of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Environment/Physical demands:

Continuously work under deadlines to meet goals and service level agreements based on client needs.

The noise level in the work environment is low, and it could be an Electro Static Discharge (ESD) safe area, in which case, wrist strap must be worn at all times.
