Job Description

The selected individual will be responsible for a friendly and welcoming disposition to greet patients. Collect demographic and insurance information for accurate insurance claim processing. Enable patient portal access and eligibility checks of patient insurance. There will be referral processing. The position involved scanning in paper documents into patient accounts. Advocare Mid-Jersey Pediatrics, formerly Mid-Jersey Pediatrics & East Brunswick Pediatrics, was founded in 1974 by Dr. Marvin Goldman. The practice was founded upon the principle of providing excellent care to children, adolescents, and their families. Over forty years later that principle has not changed.

The practice joined the Advocare network in 2016. Despite being a large practice, it is our goal to maintain a small office environment. Parents may schedule their child's routine appointments with the provider of their choice. They may also request a specific provider for sick visits. The provider given is dependent upon schedule availability and parental convenience. We do our very best to accommodate each family and their respective needs.
