Handle incoming calls from customers, accurately record information, and update the database accordingly.
Conduct outbound calls to gather additional information such as email addresses and insurance details.
Engage with customers to discuss payment options and schedules in a clear and professional manner.
Perform skip tracing activities to research and locate customer information, including current addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Skillfully de-escalate tense situations with customers through effective communication and problem-solving techniques, ensuring positive resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Access to a Windows-based computer for data entry and communication purposes.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Must have at least 6 months of collections experience
