And that's how this unique opportunity for a highly ambitious SEO Specialist has landed on our desks!
This role blends technical and content aspects of SEO in a 50:50 split. You'll seamlessly navigate both domains, creating web content through your well-honed copywriting skills and also flexing your techie muscles to provide comprehensive SEO strategies and superior client results.

Responsibilities
Creation and execution of onsite and offsite SEO strategies
Conducting technical audits and monthly health checks
Continuous keyword research and strategy refinement
Collaborating with teams to organise existing pages and recommend website architecture changes
Analysing competitors and ensuring SEO best practices are implemented
Leading client calls and meetings, along with reporting
Supporting the delivery team and providing guidance to junior colleagues
Integrating SEO into content creation
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' SEO experience in a client-facing role
Proficiency with CMS systems like WordPress and Salesforce
Familiarity with industry tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Deep understanding of onsite and offsite SEO factors
Google Analytics IQ Certification and experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience in property, tech, and general B2B SEO would be a bonus
