Overview: The Supervisor, Training Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our training department. This individual is responsible for supervising all aspects of training programs and activities, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent customer experience. The Supervisor, Training Operations works closely with trainers, participants, and management to facilitate training sessions, manage logistics, and maintain training resources.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Supervision:

Supervise all training programs and activities according to schedule and requirements.

Provide guidance and support to trainers, participants, and staff to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

Oversee the scheduling of training sessions, classroom assignments, and equipment/materials coordination.

Participant Management:

Manage inquiries and registrations from participants, providing necessary information and assistance.

Oversee participant records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.

Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to participants via various channels.

Logistics Oversight:

Manage logistics for training sessions, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and other requirements.

Ensure training facilities are well-maintained, clean, and equipped for optimal learning experiences.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services as needed.

Administrative Oversight:

Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing training materials, processing registrations, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of registrations, payments, and refunds.

Compile training-related data and generate reports for management as required.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor training sessions to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Gather feedback from participants and trainers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in supervising training programs or operations preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
