People Business Partner for Sampang Agung Brewery

Assist & support to Brewery Manager in the development of the organization & people in line with the goals, ambitions, and vision of the Brewery.

Ensure the Operational compliance of the Brewery in respective to regulations.

To actively participate in Total Productive Management (TPM) approaches as a pillar leader and as another pillar member as well as to promote & implement TPM as a way of working in the Brewery.

Proactively creating a conducive and positive working environment in the brewery.

Sustain a good relationship with the union in terms of win-win as the goal.

Ensure all company Policies, working agreements (PKB), and company/brewery procedures are well-informed, understood, and implemented within the brewery organization.

To review the performance of 3rd parties on a regular base and propose to management some improvements.

Regularly evaluate the brewery facility in relation to security and coordinate with 3rd party security and take action to anticipate a security issue.

Job Requirement

University degree in Law, industrial engineering, or others

5 years experience in HR, and at least 3 years at the operational level.

Conversant with spoken and written English
