Summary:As a Scrum Master for the Application Developer team, you will be responsible for leading the agile development process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the agile development process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by removing any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.

Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential risks or issues. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

Expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
