Assist with implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) including HACCP
Assist with audit preparation and compliance for ISO 9001, FSA and DALRRD audits
Monitor the quality of all products being manufactured
Monitor performance of suppliers
Coordinate and direct all activities related to product safety, from raw materials, work-in-progress through to finished product
Ensure all records are appropriately captured and filed
Conduct regular inspection of materials received and products being produced
Report on and assist with closing-out all non-conformances, including customer complaints
Filing and maintaining of FSMS DocumentatioMaintain and enforce general hygiene and housekeeping
Promote a culture of food safety amongst staff
