Specialty Insurance (Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle, and RV)
Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance CSR Requirements
Property & Casualty License Required
Previous Experience in Insurance Required
Previous Agency Experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Excellent Customer service
Excellent computer skills
Interest in insurance
Strong negotiation skills
Decision making ability
Department of Insurance, and pass criminal background check
Insurance Sales experience
Enthusiastic about the role that insurance and financial products play in member’s everyday lives
Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance CSR Responsibilities
Ability to work independently
Answers phone calls and advises accordingly
Responsible for effectively using all available resources to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
Diagnoses customer issues at a foundational level, provides solutions, and uses a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers’ needs with company guidelines.
