ESL Academic Affairs Officer

WORK SCHEDULE:

- Monday to Friday:

Morning Shift: 5 AM to 2 PM

- Home-based setup

- preferably RESIDING IN BAGUIO CITY

Salary: Competitive monthly compensation of 23,000 PHP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Academic Affairs Officer will oversee operations and monitor teachers during their shifts. They must supervise and address all teachers' concerns, and provide support for excellent-quality calls. The Academic Affairs Officer should be reliable and responsible in leading their team towards a commitment to excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Check attendance and maintain good order and discipline in the morning/evening shift under one’s care.

Check comprehensive teachers’ reports and daily calls making sure all teachers under one’s care call on time and follow good call duration.

Forward endorsements given by the Korean managers such as new classes/re-enrollees and special requests from the students.

Propose projects for the improvement of the company and one’s team. Make suggestions on how work can be done efficiently.

Create/Revise modules and course outlines needed for programs being implemented by the company.

Make Assessment Plans and salary appraisals, accomplish teachers’ status reports, and train teachers.

Report technical concerns to the managers and the I.T. Support.

Execute given classes in one’s account.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ages 24-35

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: ESL Management

Communication Skills: Excellent in English (oral and written)

Computer Proficiency: Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe

Personal Attributes: Reliable, responsible, competent, dedicated, passionate

Work Ethic: Work-driven, open to new learning and improvement

Attitude: Positive work attitude, capable of multi-tasking
