Educational Background
Graduate of Bachelor of Business Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent 4-year course.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in related fields is ideal

Able to deal with pressure and stress brought by the job

Ability to discuss and clarify matters, especially computations
Able to effectively interact with co-workers, suppliers, and customers
Able to coach and counsel staff
Flexible and can work long hours including holidays and rest days based on the company’s needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of facility and sanitation, and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Make employment and termination recommendations.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Continually strive to develop your staff in areas of professional development.
Prepare, file, and organize all required paperwork, including forms, reports, checklists, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance schedules.
