Assist in managing the overall construction operations of a project/s. Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Construction Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning / Organizing

· Works with the project team to prepare and update Project Execution Plan.

· Identify and highlight possible risk on project.

· Prepares all documents for approvals and signature.

· Collaborate with Design and Project Management to creating OSM list for approval, collecting OSM specifications, scheduling OSM deliveries.

· Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.

· Assist in developing project scopes, goals and objectives related to sanitary engineering.

Documenting

· In-charge of monitoring and tracking of project permits.

· In charge of safekeeping the project documents and knowledgeable in the documentation processes.

· In-charge of contractors / vendors coordination, safety program implementation, quality program implementation, and report preparation.

· Check / review drawings and details and ensure that the approved documents are in conformity with site conditions. Prepare RFI as necessary.

· Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the Project Manager.

· Creates inventory list for monitoring purposes, (OSM, Contractor’s supply, delivered items on site).

· In-charge of the ff. project reports:

o Coordination report with: GenCon, SubCon, Client, Designer, Supplier, Local Government.

o Weekly report to Client.

o day-to-day timeline changes.

o Master list of: Change Orders (Deductive / Additive), Delivery, OSM Approvals, Finishing Installations, Minutes of the meeting, RFI’s, RFA’s, Memos.

o Daily site photos report.

o Close out documents compilation.

o Assist in necessary project documentation.

Coordinating

· Coordinates with Project Management, Design Management and to Contractors/Suppliers / Vendors during the execution of work.

· Works with accounting to maintain subcontractor/s and suppliers/vendors requirements for payment processing.

· Assist in preparation of reports, documentation, and project close-out requirements including unit cost history, operations and maintenance manuals, punch-list management, and agency inspections.

· Interact with Project Manager and Design Department for clarification in design/ RFI etc.

· In-charge in ensuring that logistics are properly programed and ready when needed.

Criteria:

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Relevant work experience in civil engineering, construction management, or related fields.

Valid Civil Engineering license.

At least 5 years of experience.

Knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural design, site development, and construction methods.

Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools. Familiarity with AUTOCAD.

Good Project Management Skills and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with local, regional, and national regulations related to civil engineering and construction.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to complete projects.

Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
