Warehouse Supervisor- Food Industry

• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company and its branches

• Monitors the completeness and readiness of stocks needed by Production to fulfill the orders of the clients

• Coordinates with the Central Warehouse and Purchasing to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain

• Prepares, updates, and coordinates the manpower schedule of the Logistics Team according to the orders of the clients

• Prepares and submits manpower requisitions to HR, as needed

• Prepares fleet management and analysis reports, including product returns or complaints from the clients

• Reports any breakage or loss of equipment or supplies assigned to the Supply Chain Department

• Oversees the repair and preventive maintenance of the company’s fleet

Qualifications:

• Preferably a college graduate or higher, with a degree in Food Technology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience

• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Food Safety

• Basic knowledge of the Halal Assurance System (HAS) is preferred but not required

• Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
