Job Qualification:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.

Familiarity with network security technologies, IDS/IPS and encryption methods.

In-depth knowledge of Fortinet security appliances and features.

Experience in configuring and managing FortiGate firewalls and FortiAnalyzer.

Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.

Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.

Job Description:

Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard of digital assets and infrastructure.

Monitory network activity and perform security assessments to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities.

Configure and Manage Fortinet Firewall.

Monitor Fortinet Firewall performance, security, and availablity.

Implement and fine-tune security policies of Fortinet Firewall to the companies security requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fortinet firewall.

Manage and maintain Citrix Virtualization solutions, Citrix Virtual Apps.

Configure and Optimize Citrix Environments for performance and reliability.

Monitor Citrix Server and user sessions to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and configure ESET Antivirus Software to provide comprehensive endpoint checkpoint.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware and software components.

Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals.

Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of end-user devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, management, and other departments, to address security and infrastructure-related concerns
