RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle all HR responsibilities other employee gov't benefits like SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig

- Filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records

-Finance audits

- Reconciliations of data before importation to accounting software - NetSuite

-Follow up accounts receivables

- Monthly sales & expenses report

- Accounts Receivable

- Pick up and deposit sales & expenses

- File and handle all government documents and requirements

- Administrative tasks (Accreditation etc)

- Support for other departmental requirements (Purchasing, logistics, inventory, etc)

- Assist in other departments and admin work

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a Bachelor's Degree

Able to work with minimum supervision

Knowledgeable inany accounting software (priority is given to someone with knowledge of NetSuite)

Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and willing to perform various tasks

Honest person and of high integrity

Amenabale to work onsite in Ortigas

JOB DETAILS

• Direct-hire to client

• M-F, 8-5

• Fully on-site

• Location: Unit 506. Omm-Citra Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, 1605 Pasig City

• P15,000 - P17,000/month
