Location: Uptown Place Tower 2/3, 11th Drive, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila

Work Schedule: 2:00 PM - 12:00 MN, Monday to Friday

Role Description:

As a SAP FI CO Application Support, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your role will primarily involve providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for SAP FICO modules within our Application Management Services (AMS) project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support:

Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO modules, including issue resolution, user inquiries, and troubleshooting.

Respond promptly to user tickets and incidents, ensuring timely resolution within agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

System Maintenance:

Perform routine system maintenance activities, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and data integrity checks.

Coordinate with technical teams for applying patches, updates, and system upgrades.

Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards for SAP FICO modules.

Enhancements and Change Management:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and changes.

Design, configure, and implement enhancements or changes to SAP FICO functionalities.

Conduct impact analysis and coordinate testing activities for new enhancements or changes.

Documentation and Training:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.

Conduct user training sessions and workshops to promote effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users for process improvements and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within SAP FICO modules.

Participate in regular review meetings to discuss performance metrics, service improvements, and client feedback.

Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, features, and best practices to suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

Proficiency in SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Controlling (CO).

Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
