Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Manager in Chennai. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for communication, lead generation, team management, sales, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The application is powered by AI and blockchain technology, offering innovative features to fitness enthusiasts, coaches, and professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage sales leads and inquiries received from digital marketing channels.

Lead a team of telecalling professionals to effectively engage with potential clients.

Conduct product demonstrations for fitness club owners, coaches, and professionals.

Convert leads into paid partners by showcasing the application’s unique features and benefits.

Identify and allocate tasks to interns to visit fitness and sport clubs daily to promote subscriptions.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the application.

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Familiarity with AI and blockchain technology is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, preferably someone who worked from bootstrap

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Proven experience in lead generation and sales

Strong team management skills

Proficiency in sales operations

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience in the fitness industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
