Assistant Manager -R&D

The candidate will be responsible Wood, Glass, PU, HR, Epoxy Product development, creating quality parameters. Developing new products/new chemistries as required by the business plan of the company. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team.

Developing new products/new chemistries as required by the business plan of the company.

Setting standards, reference panels, specifications for new products and creating TDS and MSDS.

Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members.

To provide technical support and trouble shooting at customer as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience Required:-

B.Tech/Msc in paint technology/MSc Chemistry

10-15 years of experience in relevant field.
