The Role:

As the Paid Search Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing innovative Paid Search strategies and staying at the forefront of Search Trends.

Crafting customised solutions that meet clients' needs.

Monitoring and providing strategic guidance for account performance.

Efficiently managing and optimising client budgets.

Contributing to multichannel strategy and planning efforts.

Leading and organising your team, ensuring priorities are clear and tasks are efficiently delegated.

Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and participation in meetings.

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on Google and Bing SEM marketing experience.

A minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience.

Experience with large SEM budget.

Good understanding of how SEO works with SEM.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Agency experience is a MUST.
