Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records of employees.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
Preparing and managing the payrolls.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Create regular performance reports and presentations department wise.
Filing returns for all ESI and PF Compliance
Checking the factory maintenance, housekeeping and admin work.
Hiring new employees as per the organization requirement.
Requirements
Should Know the working of a factory.
Experience with HR software.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
