Hudson Valley Regional Residential Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Administrative Assistant/Property Manager to work with the Area Property Manager.
The candidate we are seeking must be a “take charge” and “make things happen” type of assistant with strong analytical skills. Full Time
Additional Requirements:
Basic understanding of accounting (debits and credits);
Data Entry
Superior attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task;
Strong customer services skills;
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly Organized
Assist with day – to – day site operation
Valid Driver’s License

We are a technology driven company so experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required; Yardi experience would be a plus.
