Technical Service Representative (Med Tech/Lab Tech)

Job Description

100% Onsite Irving TX

Pay: $30-$35/hr

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent science degree e.g., Biology or Chemistry. Associate degree with 2-3 years lab experience will be considered.. Other “science degrees” are NOT equivalent e.g., Political Science, Computer Science, etc.

Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a hospital laboratory

Lab experience in a classroom setting, reference lab, research lab, etc. is NOT equivalent

Duties: Answer phone calls to our busy Technical Call Center, Serve as a first point of contact for our Customers

Good “soft skills” are a must as this is a Customer facing phone support role

Shift Details: Training is on site for the first 3-6 weeks, depending on the candidate. Available to work odd shifts, weekends & Holiday in our 24x7x365 call c enter
