The Financial Controller is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of OurPass MFB. This position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with other senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

Oversee accounting, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage debt financing activities, including sourcing debt capital, negotiating loan agreements, and maintaining relationships with lenders.

Lead due diligence processes and integration efforts.

Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Evaluate and recommend debt structuring strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and minimize financing costs.

Monitor debt covenants and compliance requirements, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to contractual obligations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to develop and review budgets and forecasts.

Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance metrics and variances.

Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field MBA: or advanced degree preferred.

Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.

7+ years proven experience as a Fiancial controller or in a senior finance leadership role.

Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in the Banking Industry.
