SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Our client is a leading brand in the food and beverage industry in Ghana and Africa.
Scope
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting, sustaining, growing, and developing the core sales activities of the organization and overseeing the Advertising & digital marketing footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Expand the number of clients customers and grow the sales of existing customers by following up regularly on all core customer sales and ensuring a full display of the company’s products on store shelves.
Farm new clients in identified market segments.
Lead the company’s social media efforts with identified administration software, Buffer, etc.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, also to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide timely new client and core monthly sales and market analysis reports.
Provide market intelligence.
Manage social media channels, creating compelling content to maintain and attract customers.
Assist in developing product knowledge and making creative inputs.
Assist with general day-to-day management of operations in line with sales
Operate order management system for sales
Handle client walk-ins and online purchases
Plan and organize events, activations, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field of study.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or its equivalent.
Understand basic principles of marketing and sales
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Working knowledge in the use of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, Google Business.
Knowledge of graphic design will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Windows OS.
