Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Human Resources Consultant located in Nagpur. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing top-class human resource consulting, HRD, and HR management. The tasks include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Employee Relations experience

Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build professional relationships and maintain confidentiality

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
