Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at Newtech Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role requires frequent communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions. The Executive Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Knowledge of medical devices and understanding of healthcare industry

Self-motivated and target-driven

Willingness to travel and meet clients as required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Experience in pharma industry of 3 years is must
