Lovely Bake Studio is India's first-of-its-kind home of 100% Eggless Baking offering a mouth watering range of Assorted Cookies, tempting Dry Cakes, Rusks, Biscuits, Indian & International Sweets, Frozen Sweets & Snacks, Festive Gift hampers and much more!we are seeking a talented and passionate Franchise Auditor to lead our franchise operations. At Present we operate 9 showrooms across Punjab.

Vision: We aim to operate more than 100 bakery outlet by 2030.

Position Overview:

As a Franchise Auditor at Lovely Bake Studio, you will be responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our brand by conducting comprehensive audits of franchisee operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auditing, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of bakery, Sweets and Restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough audits of franchisee locations to evaluate compliance with Lovely Bake Studio's brand standards, including product quality, customer service, and store ambiance.

· Review financial records, such as sales reports, profit and loss statements, and inventory management systems, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to financial protocols.

· Assess bakery production processes, including ingredient sourcing, food safety practices, and product consistency, to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

· Identify operational inefficiencies, revenue opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance franchisee performance and profitability.

· Collaborate closely with franchise partners to communicate audit findings, provide guidance on best practices, and develop action plans for improvement.

· Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review and follow-up.

· Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices in bakery operations and franchising.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the bakery, food service, or franchising industry.

· Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including production processes, ingredient sourcing, and food safety standards.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in auditing practices.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel to franchisee locations as needed.

· Proficiency in Google Sheet and other relevant software applications.
