Role Description

The Senior Special Projects Analyst is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in designing and completing complex projects as directed by leadership to support organization objectives. This role will manage resources for various projects and collaborate to ensure progress, identification of risks, and barriers to drive deliverables. This role will have the ability to exercise strong leadership and collaboration skills, manage complex project plans, and assist the organization to adopt best in class project management framework.

Responsibilities Include

Strategy

Develop and implement projects to support organizational strategies that ensure positive profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations including Woundtech's US and India-based Clinician Support departments (Patient Care Coordination, Care Monitoring, Intake), Puerto Rico Operations and Facilities Management.

Project Design and Optimization

Lead the development of organization wide projects including, development of timeline, project milestones, facilitating workgroups and expected impact to the organization.

Manage multiple roadmaps, dependencies, and timelines across multiple teams and roles.

Effectively work across multiple business units and functional teams to drive results.

Manage projects by creating accountable and facilitate with team members to assist in completing tasks when required.

Leverage project management tools to optimize tracking and management of projects.

Conduct data analysis to guide project needs, direction, and expected results as identified.

Organize and track key strategic goals of the organization and ensure goals are demonstrating expected results.

Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with assigned projects.

Serve as a liaison between departments and assist leaders to develop business cases and project planning needs.

Serve as a change agent by leveraging influential authority with team members accelerate project deliverables.

Proactively performs risk assessments throughout the project cycle, identifies and executes plans to mitigate project risks.

Identify opportunities for automation, analytics needs, and standard operating procedures to support program production, quality, and financial targets.

Identify through projects any optimization opportunities.

Cross-Function Communication

Maintain a consistent communication strategy to inform leadership and stakeholders of progress, risk, and barriers.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Lead project teams and provide clear direction and guidance.

Coordinate in a matrixed reporting structure to complete job functions.

Resolve conflicts in any aspect of project work.

Financial

Manage projects within defined financial goals.

Advise of opportunities to develop and implement cost controls throughout project activities.

Role Essentials

5+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong analytical skills to use data to make informed decisions and develop effective plans.

Facilitate cross-functional groups across the organization to achieve performance objectives.

Proven record of demonstrating management and successful results of multiple complex projects.

Ability to think both tactically and strategically and drive complex conversation to produce successful project results.

Initiative-taking and energetic, with strong people skills and experience in dealing with and influencing internal stakeholders, customers, and senior leaders.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and EMR systems.

Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with frequent changes in priorities.

Role Desirables

Project Management Certification

Clinical background such as RN, LVN, MA, or another related field

Experience within health plans, MSOs, or IPAs or similar health care settings.

Operations related certification or education

Operational wound care related experience

Physical Demands

Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting to 25 lbs. Close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
