Wanted Professor / Head moderator for the Design SchoolÂ

The school aims to foster design thinking and encourages problem solving with ecological sensibilities and, with the objective of offering quality education within a world class infrastructure

The Professor/Senior moderator for the Design School will be collaborating with the senate of CARE which includes the CEO, to provide academic, vision, leadership and financial management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

To promote a informed optimistic culture of Design across the school and a enthusiastic and collaborative atmosphere within the department.

To organise the planning, teaching, staffing and resourcing of effective lessons in the department which will facilitate effective attainment and achievement in Design, whilst working within the reasonable budgetary allowance.Â

To ensure all statutory requirements for the teaching and assessment within the department are met.Â

To contribute to whole school planning and evaluation as part of the Curriculum Steering group.

To contribute to the establishment of new initiatives and to keep abreast of the current educational agenda to support and drive forward school improvement.

Maintain the empathetic sensibility among students and staff of the Department.Â

To moderate and motivate all departmental staff, to enable the students to receive skilled education in the subject, in an optimistic, and effective working environment.Â

To Collaborate with industry partners & engaging them to bring real world hands on opportunities for the students

Qualification and Experience:

Master of Design

Minimum 15 Years of experience in teaching
