About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Real Estate industry. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas for our construction products or services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned quotas for construction products or services.

Prospect and qualify leads within the construction industry, identifying potential customers and projects.

Build strong relationships with architectural firms, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.

Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the construction industry's needs.

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through qualification, proposal, closing, and beyond.

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts specific to the construction industry.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new construction materials or technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams like production, engineering, and customer service to ensure a seamless project experience for clients.

May provide technical expertise related to the construction products or services being sold (depending on the company and products).

Qualifications:

1-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry or a related field (building materials, engineering services, etc.).

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas in a B2B and B2C environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of construction industry professionals.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels within the construction sector.

Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of sales metrics.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (most likely required).
