Technical Operational Role: Maintain Cisco Data Based equipment based on SOP's and ensure immediate escalation to competent authorityin order to ensureuptimes.

.Key Spoc for

. System Configuration and Adminstration.

. Minor & Medium Incident / Problem Trouble Shooting.

. Monitoring of Devices and report it if there is any issue.

. Change Management

. Patch Management

. Knowledge management (KEDB)

. Documentation and Reporting

Getting resolution from OEM for Case raise

about you

Hands on experience of configuration and maintenance of Cisco Data Technology solutions - Routing and Switching Technologies and good experience in administration & maintenance of Cisco Data solution.

knowledge of Cisco Router, Switches, Wireless Acess Points.

Hands on experience (Configuration and maintenance) on Cisco Data Products like :

. Cisco Routing protocol RIP, EIGRP, OSPF

. Knowledge of Switching STP, VLAN, HSRP,VTP

. Cisco AP Configuration such additionin controller etc.

. Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue.

. Daily Checklist as per site requirement.

. Attending the day to day MAC tickets.
