I am working with a firm that is seeking an associate-level attorney with 6+ years of civil litigation experience to join a growing Medical Malpractice/Health Law practice group. Candidates with medical malpractice defense litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Background:

Represent hospitals, medical centers and health care professionals

Drafting pleadings and motions

Drafting and responding to written discovery

Conducting and defending depositions

Appearing in court and arguing motions

Admitted in DC, VA or waiver eligibility
